At The Officer Tatum Store, we want you to wear your gear with pride and confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
